4. Applications

  1. Building Exterior Insulation

Ideal for high-temperature, high-humidity, and energy-saving wall systems.

  • Industrial Pipeline Insulation

Suitable for oil, chemical, and gas pipelines, reducing heat loss and providing safety protection.

  • Energy Storage Systems

Used in battery cabinets and compartments to prevent thermal runaway and block external heat sources.

  • Cold Chain Transportation

Applied in refrigerated truck doors and walls to minimize cooling loss and prevent condensation.

  • Marine & Offshore Equipment

Protects against moisture, corrosion, and heat in marine environments.

5. Performance Characteristics

  1. High compactness:

Lightweight material that withstands high pressure; suitable for transportation, installation, and matching various load-bearing conditions.

  • Excellent thermal insulation:

Same insulation performance at reduced thickness compared to traditional insulation, offering more space and efficient utilization.

Compared to traditional rock wool materials, it achieves the same thermal insulation effect with half the thickness, significantly saving space.Flame resistance: Excellent fire resistance.

  • Good adhesion:

Strong bonding with various substrates; stable even under moisture and temperature fluctuations.

  • Non-combustible & Safe:

No harmful emissions when exposed to open flame or high temperatures, with high safety and reliability.

  • Non-toxic: Harmless to humans and the environment. Inorganic materials.
